$50,000 Home Makeover GiveawayReceive a 1 in 100 chance to win a $50,000 Home Makeover.
PRIZE PACKAGE INCLUDES: $50,000 toward a home improvement renovation project of Client’s choice by Renovation/Construction Company chosen by The Neglia Garami Real Estate Group in conversation with Client. The $50,000 will be paid directly to the Construction Company.
Total prize package not to exceed $50,000.00 CAD. Any extra charges beyond $50,000 will be paid for directly by Client to Construction Company.
CONTEST RULES:
One entry is received for each eligible purchase, with a member of the Neglia Garami Real Estate Group representing the Buyer, and which closed on or after June 1, 2018.
One entry is received for each eligible sale, with a member of the Neglia Garami Real Estate Group representing the Seller, and which closed on or after June 1, 2018.
An eligible purchase or sale has a value in excess of $200,000. This contest will close when 100 entries have been achieved.
One entrant will be selected by random draw to win the Home Makeover (maximum value of $50,000.00 CAD).
Correct answer to skill-testing question required.
Chances of winning the Home Makeover is 1 in 100.
CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC) WHO ARE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE/TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE.
CLIENT AGREES TO ALLOW NEGLI/GARAMI TO FILM THE MAKEOVER AND USE AS A PROMOTIONAL VIDEO FOR THE NEGLIA GARAMI REAL ESTATE GROUP.
If a selected entrant chooses not to accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited by that entrant and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another eligible entrant at random as a possible winner. The Sponsor makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to safety, or performance, of the Prize or any component thereof.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, and will not be awarded in a cash equivalent, (and without limiting the foregoing, the Prize(s) may not be sold or traded) except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event that a Prize, or any component thereof, is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value. Any additional costs incurred in collecting and using any Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Approximate retail value of each Prize is $50,000 CDN.
TO WIN:
If your entry is drawn and you otherwise comply with these Contest Rules, you will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question in a pre-arranged telephone interview in order to be declared a winner and be awarded the Prize. If you do not answer correctly or if you do not otherwise comply with these Contest Rules, you will be disqualified and will not receive the Prize. In such a case, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct a new draw for that Prize from among the remaining eligible entrants .
To be confirmed as the winner of the Prize, you must also: (a) have complied and continue to be in compliance with these official Contest Rules; and (b) execute and return the Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release to the Sponsor and/or its agent within fourteen (14) days of the date the material was sent.
Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of the Prize to an alternate winner.
